A Flickr photo tag search application that was programmed with Ruby on Rails.

It took maybe about 15 minutes the most. I had a little trouble at first, or it'd be even faster. But if you take a look at the terminal window (the one with all the code), you will see next to LOC (which mean Lines Of Code) a 13. That means I wrote a total, not including comments, etc. 13 real lines of code!

Ruby on Rails, yes it's that excellent. And no, this app is not released. In fact I'm just running it on my localhost (on my computer, not online).

I m want to use start a photography community website.Where all the communtiy members vote and critique each others work. The most voted photos go in a free downloadable magazine.
I want to start a forum with flickr like interface and voting. Looking at ur example it seems possible with rails.
